Lester O SchlabachElder of Stewardship
At BCC, we believe that our buildings and facilities belong to God and are merely a tool to further the kingdom of Christ. Lester Schlabach and his wife, Erma, are actively involved with the church body and together bless the congregation with their leadership and participation. As Elder of Stewardship, Lester supports the Pastoral Team and assists the senior pastor and financial team. He also provides oversight to trustees and building custodians.

Jerry RaberElder of Congregation Life
It is important to Berean that all our church activities are carefully organized and facilitated, which is why Jerry Raber serves as our Elder of Congregation Life. Jerry and wife Judi participate on several BCC sub-teams and lend their congregational support in many ways. As Elder of Congregation Life, Jerry assists the lead pastor in organizing the usher and greeting teams.

Marcus BeachyElder of Outreach
Berean Community Church strongly believes that the church should focus its efforts on reaching all people in an area, especially in our local community. In Marcus Beachy’s role as Elder of Outreach, he supports the Missions Director, Community Outreach Director, and other BCC outreach programs. As a dedicated member of the body, Marcus also leads the prayer team. He and his wife Kay are devoted and active leaders within the congregation
Our Beliefs
Simply stated, Berean Community Church is a group of people who want to follow Jesus Christ.
It is our belief that the sole focus of the church should be Jesus. In our local communities (and beyond), BCC strives to be His hands and feet and open itself up to all people, regardless of race or background. Because of what Jesus did on the cross, we believe that all people are worthy of God’s unconditional love.
BCC believes that the Bible is the true word of God and strives to apply the reality of scripture to our everyday lives. We believe that Jesus Christ is the ultimate example of true grace, and our goal is to become more like him, both as a church body and as individuals.
